The same eID can be used in eIAM for several target applications, several corporate contexts (units) and several profiles within a target application; eIAM shows the corresponding unit and profile selections.Natural persons – with the exception of Federal Administration employees – may use a commercially available electronic identity (BYOI), provided it is approved for eIAM.
